Delivery costs are calculated as fairly as possible, depending on the location of delivery.

If your order is placed on our site before 12pm on a working day, it is processed and shipped within a maximum of 24 hours. The deadlines given to you are for information only and depend on the payment mode, destinations and events related to transport service providers.
If your order includes items that are not available (temporary unavailability and pre-orders), we will send you your order in separate parts. The available items are shipped to you first and the additional items then, in a second time, without any additional shipping costs. In the event of inability to send you these articles within the agreed deadlines, we will keep you informed.

Our ebooks are available in epub format. When you place your order, this epub is made available in your "My account" > "My books and chapters" area.
When downloading your ebook, you will be requested to enter a "passphrase": you just have to enter your login (common on the www.jle.com website and on www.librairiemedicale.com).
You can find your login at any time in the "My account" > "My personal information" section.
Protection of our ebooks
Our ebooks are protected by a Readium LCP DRM.
Digital Rights Management, commonly known as "DRM" is based on a digital locking device. The digital lock manages access to an ebook by encrypting it and controlling its use.
The Readium LCP solution is maintained and certified by EDRLab. It allows the resource to be encrypted using a private/public key system.
Unlike Adobe DRM, it is not necessary to have a user licence or identification from a third party (Adobe) to open and read a resource.
